The 12 Days of Christmas, Day 3, Holiday Cheer Button Ornament + Video

Hi friends and welcome to Day 3 of my 12 Days of Christmas 2011 Series! You're going to love today's project. It's a very easy to make and fun button ornament! Fire up those glue guns! What I love the most about this ornament is again, how you can customize everything that I'm sharing with you. I hope you're given a ton of inspiration by joining me in this series. I will have another one starting on January 5 for Valentine's Day gifts and cards, and plan on doing many more throughout the year.

Now, let's get started with today's project! until November 21, I will have inspirational projects for you from home decor to cards to Cricut projects to altered items to whatever. You will find it all here and I hope you're as excited about this series as I am bringing it to you!

Every day I will have a video tutorial for you and every day there will be a prize too!

THE RULES

1.  You must become a follower of my blog.

2.  You must leave a comment daily.

3.  You must put my 12 Days of Christmas Blog Badge on your blog. You can pick this up on the right sidebar with the code on my blog. If you can't get the code to work, simply save the blog badge toy your computer and then insert it into your blog linking back to my blog.

4.  Subscribe to Cindy TV.

5.  Please don't just follow me and leave comments to win prizes. That is in extremely poor taste and very rude. How would you feel if somebody did that to you? It makes you feel used and very hurt, so let's keep it fair and fun.

Today's prize is a fabulous 6-piece clear stamp set from Stampin' Up! perfect for Christmas of Merry & Type.

I am going to share with some still pictures with you and the video will be right under the pictures. Tomorrow I will be combining my project with the Featured Stamper Challenge (249 this week) at Splitcoast Stampers that I hostess every Sunday and on Wednesday, November 16, I'm also sponsoring a great new challenge called The Perfect Sentiment, and will combine my project with that challenge too. This isn't just your regular challenge. Every Tuesday, there is a new challenge presented to you and it can be almost anything. You never know and that's what makes it fun! I hop that you join me for this challenge!

On a side note, my mom has pancreatic cancer and please email me (there's a link to email me at the top left sidebar and I'd love to provide you with their address. I ask that you send mom cards of encouragement, cards with scripture, and even funny cards BUT PLEASE DO NOT SEND HER GET WELL CARDS. Her time is very limited and she is not going to get well unless God intervenes in a BIG WAY. I know my dad would appreciate too! Thank you so much for your generosity and time. It means the world me and my parents and thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.

Here are the still pictures of my Holiday Cheer Button Ornament and the video is below it. Thank you for stopping by today to see me and may God bless you. Don't forget to tell all of your friends!

  1. That's adorable, Cindy!  I haven't finished watching the video so you may have covered this. Is the ornament very heavy with all the buttons?  I was thinking of perhaps doing a smaller size styrofoam ball.  Anyway, it's super cute and looks like a fun project!
