Happy New Year! Thank you for following my blog this year and for your support, kind comments, and e-mails. I am truly blessed. A lot has happened this year in my crafting "career" of starting Christian Paper Crafts going live on May 1, which has been an enormous undertaking and there's been a lot of times where I just wanted to walk away from it all; but the Lord would always send somebody my way out of the blue to lift me up and you know who you are. Thank you for being sensitive to the Holy Spirit. I've been published several times this year with more to come in 2010 in Paper Crafts Magazine and CARDS Magazine so far. I've written tutorials, been on design teams, and was a guest designer for several stamp companies, challenge hostess at Splitcoast Stampers, and the list goes on. It's all been good and all of the glory goes to God. I also want to mention my design team who are just the most Godly and fabulous women whom I love dearly. Thank you for all that you do.

For today's card, I CASEd it from Latisha Yoast. I knew I had to make this the second I saw it as it just grabbed me. She did such a lovely job! I've been on the Flourishes spree lately loving their stamps and will be playing with them all day long since I only got 3 hours of sleep and am useless, which is going to be my excuse for doing nothing.

I'm sending this to my friend Rose, who was my BFF in high school. We've kept in touch all of these years, and I won't say how many :P. She's having surgery today and will be joining the Female Castration Club. She's also scared half to death, so please keep her in your prayers. It's not a Get Well card, but just something fun and cute that she'll appreciate. I hope that you like it too! Have a very Happy New Year!
