Stampin’ Up! 2016 Holiday Catalog Video Class Series Preview

Creative Crew Group Photo-006

Hello there! Welcome to the 2016 Holiday Catalog Preview Month! One of our holiday gifts to you is free online holiday card classes. If you are a new stamper, no problem. I have 2 videos for you today. The first video will cover the basics of card sizing and die-cutting. The second video will complete the card. All products and supplies that you need are below to complete this card. If there is a product that I highly recommend from the annual catalog, it would be the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits. You can make anything from those dies and it's an excellent investment. There are no set dates throughout the month, just a lot of videos and demonstrations of our awesome new holiday catalog! I was so happy to see that there are products in the annual catalog that coordinate beautifully with the new holiday products! Many of the images you can use with your current punches and thinlets. A lot of the stamp sets are year-round. This is a fabulous catalog! The autumnal and Halloween sections of the catalog are just delightful. I almost want to start making my Halloween treat bags right now for the neighborhood kids. Stampin' Up! really thought of our current investment into our products and expanded on them like I've never seen before. There is just so much to share with you and I can't wait to do it!

If you are in the United States, please contact me for your new Stampin' Up! 2016 Holiday Catalog. You can start ordering from the catalog on September 1, 2016. A great perk of being a demonstrator is that you can order your products 1-month early and that's why we are able to offer you this preview series. There are the usual 10% off Bundle Deals which are amazing. There is either a punch or dies to match most of the stamp sets. At the same time, considering joining my Creative Stampers Team. You will receive 30% off of your first order with free shipping and you get to pick and choose what you want in your demonstrator kit. You can join and order these terrific holiday products right now at 30% off! Bundles prices are already at 10% off, and that would afford you a 40% discount on brand new products that have not even been released to the public yet. I'd love to have you join my team!

Tomorrow's video will be my Favorite Top 10 products in that new catalog that are items that you must have; although it will be very hard to keep it just to 10 products! I will have to stretch that a little bit, but there are so many outstanding staples and a really cute storage idea too 🙂 Of course, there will be blog candy! We can't have a special series going on without blog candy. I think I'm going to separate it into my Top 10 Favorite Embellishments and my Top 10 Stamp Sets.

For today's card, I used the Swirly Scribbles dies in the annual catalog with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper to make this darling snowman! If a product retires and I love it, I keep it or use the consumables up, such as the Neutral Candy Dots on my snowman. I kept all of my textured card stock and tools to score with, anything to add dimension and texture to my projects. The ink cubes you receive in your Paper Pumpkin Kit, always keep them. You can re-ink them with our regular re-inkers and they are so convenient for on-the-go crafting. There's always a special going on with becoming a Paper Pumpkin subscriber and this is a wonderful kit with a lot of fun monthly that comes to your door. There's always a great stamp set, ink cubes and fun embellishments. I always have a lot left over from my kits that I can use on other projects.

Enough talking and it's time to start showing off the catalog! Below is the project that I made using several products from the new Holiday Catalog combining them with products in the Annual Catalog.

The new Mini Jingle Bells were tied to our Silver Cording with Silver Metallic Thread. I either die-cut or punched out every single image I used. My die-cut scarf is from last year's Snow Friends Framelits with textured Real Red card stock. The new Jolly Hat Builder Punch with the Warmth & Cheer Paper Pad made my snowman hat, embellished with a jewel rhinestone. Classic Old Olive with the Softly Falling Embossing Folder is layered upon an Old Olive card stock base. Retired Neutral Candy Dots made up the little buttons on my snowman. There is no stamping on this card. It's amazing what you can make with a punch, a few dies, card stock and a few embellishments.

I hope that you enjoy our cards and this series. Be sure to check back with the Paper Craft Crew and myself or visit our social media to see what's happening! Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless.
