Botanical Gardens Technique Video + Mid-Week Inspiration, Paper Craft Crew

Hello there everybody! I just realized that I last posted what seems like forever ago. I honesty don't know where my time goes. I've been making Valentine's Day cards for my kids and other stuff.

All of the products that are demonstrated to you in this video are listed and linked below.

Today I have a technique video for you. It just sort of happened. I was doing my Mid-Week Inspiration for Paper Craft Crew and I was just going to make a card with the sketch. Then I started playing with the Botanical Gardens products and went wild. This product suite is the most awesome, great and wonderful products in Stampin' Up! history! I'm crazy over it! There's everything from 2 stamp sets, designer series paper, fabulous die-cuts, Washi Tape, jewel embellishments, absolutely everything and this week, we are going to explore them all together. I have discovered so much using these products and if you are a hoarder, go for it, especially with the vellum paper.

Botanical Gardens is from the Spring 2016 Occasions Catalog BUT the Botanicals For You with the Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum Stack is from the Sale-A-Bration 2016 Brochure and those two products are only available until March 31, 2016 and one product per $50 purchase, and they will not come back. I have never seen a SAB product return, but don't quote me on that. I've been doing this for 9 years and sometimes you forget stuff. You want the vellum paper, trust me. It's amazing and I plan on showing you how in the video below, but just a little bit since I picked up on it at the last second. Later this week, I will share with you a few ways to use this paper on your projects with the other products from the coordinating suite and alone. There are so many techniques just with the Botanical Gardens that I don't think I will even make a dent in them, but who knows. With this product suite, the possibilities are truly endless and I must admit that I have never seen anything in the industry like this. Stampin' Up! really knocked this one out of the park. There's a few tricks I have for you to get the max amount of use and how to conserve your vellum. It really is a precious commodity, at least in my book.

These products are on pages 26-27 in the Spring Catalog and on pages 4-5 in the Sale-A-Bration Brochure. Botanical Gardens is also available in a bundle with the stamp set, designer series paper and die-cuts for $51.75. I love that this is a photopolymer stamp set. I know that sounds pricey, but it is 15% less expensive if you were to purchase these products alone and believe me, you want it all. Since the Spring Catalog products are only available through May 31, 2016, and then a new annual catalog starts on June 1. I will tell you that in my experience when you make that type of investment in products that are so outrageously popular, it's disappointing to see them only available for 5 months and then "retire." However, if you look in the back of the catalog, there are a lot of returning favorites from the Holiday 2015 Catalog that had the same price point – wink.

Today I only have a panel for you and I will show you in the video how I made it and it will end up on a card later this week.

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless!
