Happy Thanksgiving Wine Tag

Today I had to make a last minute wine tag for Thanksgiving, like very last minute, like miss your shower last minute, like I really want my shower now but am blogging instead kind of Thanksgiving tag, but I will get my shower as soon as I publish this. It all works out in the end.

I used all Papertrey Ink products for this wine tag except for the Pretty Pink Posh sequins, Stampin' Up! Gold Cord and the wood leaf is by Studio Calico. I stacked the "Cheers" sentiment 4x for dimension and use a few bits of foam tape to add dimension to the "Happy Thanksgiving" sentiment.
