Paper Craft Crew Mid-Week Inspiration + Lighthearted Leaves

Hello there my friends! Welcome to Paper Craft Crew Mid-Week Inspiration (PCCS170)!

I apologize for last week's LONG video not getting published. It is long, like close 30 minutes long and this is with extensive editing. I'm going to give my hand at a practice voiceover so that I can speed the video up x3. You will still be able to see what I'm going, but everything, as some things are obvious and I can just point out the "important" stuff.

For this week's mid-inspiration, I worked with 3 stamp sets of Gorgeous Grunge, Lighthearted Leaves with the coordinating Leaflets Framelits Die and Watercolor Wash. I love Watercolor Wash. It's very awesome. I also love the colors that I used for this, again, not meant to be a masculine card but it just turned out that way, card; Crumb Cake, Early Espresso and Mint Macaron (2015-2017 In Color). I stamped the large Watercolor Wash stamp using the Crumb Cake Classic Stampin' Pad onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I felt like this card needed some slight contrast as I was using all neutrals (Crumb Cake and Early Espresso) that it really needed a strong color to pull it off and surprisingly, Mint Macaron did the job beautifully. I stamped up the leaf image and then heat embossing it using clear embossing powder and hitting it with my heat tool. You get a lot of texture and shine just by this one little technique.

I have what I hope to be is a short video uploading to the Paper Craft Crew Challenge You Tube Channel and then link you to the video when it's complete. I'm working on a new feature for this series to leave a table of the products that I used for this card so that you can purchase them from your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. This does not link to any of our own personal blogs. The link will lead you directly to the Stampin' Up! Online Store for customers. While the video is uploading, I'm going to put the list down below as well, but that will take me a bit of time to put together. Thank you for your patience. We are all planning for a great 2016 and are working on several resources that you want that every paper-crafter wants in their hot little hands!

I do hope you enjoy this pretty fall card. Don't forget to stop by the Design Team's Blogs to see what they've done for you this week. There's a large variety of cards that the designers made for this challenge from butterflies to Christmas, and a lot of very cool techniques. Please leave a comment on their blog too. I know they'd love to hear from you and do work very hard weekly to bring you only the best.

We hope that you have a wonderful weekend and play along with our sketch challenge this week. You know you're sneaking into your craft room the first opportunity you get. Thank you so very much for stopping by to visit us today and God bless!

Here is my card that I would like to share with you. If you are interested in any of the products listed below that I used to make this card, please contact you favorite Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and start having some fun with this great stamps!
