Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge 159, Be the Star You Are

Hello there my friends. Today is another awesome sketch from the Paper Craft Crew (PCCSC159)!

I will admit that I struggled with this one a bit since the main image was a star. We can play hard and fast with the challenges just as long as you recognize them, but it still had me stumped, and this includes after looking through the Annual Catalog and the new Holiday Catalog. I ended up going with Be the Star stamp set. What really jumps out at you with this card is how I puffed up my star rather than leaving it flat, giving it a great 3-dimensional look. However, I've tried a lot of embellishments to put on the inside point of the star with no luck thus far, so I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do with that. I think that I will just poke a hole in the middle of the star and insert in a small gold brad. I'm only using 3 colors on my card and they are all neutrals of Basic Black, Brushed Gold and Very Vanilla. My star really looks naked without something in the middle.
