Hello there my friends. Today I wanted to start my Faith on Friday series again…and then I saw this card by Theresa Momber at Stamp TV/Gina K Designs, and knew I had to CASE it. You can see how she made it by clicking on the link provided above. Theresa really worked the Spectrum Noir colored pencils. I made a few changes to my card of using different score lines, sentiment and jute twine. Other than that, everything else is the same. I completed the inside of my card too and also made an envelope. Isn't she a beauty?!
I had a friend when I was 15 and I went duck hunting with him, ONCE. It was freezing in the blind and I had to be quiet. Needless to say, the ducks were safe that day. I've learned about the difference in the taste between domestic and wild animals as far as taste. I can sum it up in one word: GAMEY. The wild animals have such a gamey taste to them that I don't particularly care for. It's actually quite disgusting, especially venison.
My card for today is for my friend that I went duck hunting with that it's perfect for him. I think he will get a kick out of it.
Theresa Momber's coloring skills are awesome. She knows just how to blend and shade everything, no matter what medium she uses. I was glad she broke out the colored pencils since I have not used mine in such a long time. I had a lot of fun making this card and learning along the way watching her video.
I hope that you enjoyed my card today and thank you so much for stopping by to visit me. Make it a great day, make a difference in someone's life and have a fabulous weekend. God bless you.
