A Southern Hello, Sketch For You to Try #24

Hello there my friends. A very Happy Monday to you!

Today's card is going to focus on Reverse Confetti products using their May Sketch For You To Try #24 (SFTTY24). I haven't inked up these super fun stamps of Pineapples a Plenty or Shine Bright yet, so I thought today would be the perfect time to do just this.

When I lived in Kentucky from 2006-2011, I had pineapples all over my property, especially a lovely one that graced the bottom of the grand staircase in my foyer. I later found out that the pineapple represented "Welcome" in true Southern Hospitality style. Since that time, I have a soft spot for pineapples and this great stamp set wth a variety of pineapples is just fun to play with. It also has coordinating Confetti Cuts. One of the pictures shows you the outside of the envelope and how I used my leftover scraps for a pretty envelope border and used the lime gingham paper as an envelope liner so no paper was wasted on this card. It's been a long time since I've used printed paper on any of my cards. The perfect borders and cuts are from My Favorite Things Blueprints. I can't live without them. You can see the beautiful stitched scalloped edges and stitched center panel that both coordinately perfectly on top of an A2 card. It was a nice surprise to see that another Blueprint had frame dies that fit perfectly inside of my Crushed Curry panel. I love making discoveries like that. They are all over the place and it just helps you to stretch your stash.

I again also made a video for this card too. It's just a matter of editing. I got a new video editing program that I really think is going to work out for me this time and I'm pretty excited about that.

Thank you so very much for stopping by to visit me today. Have a great day and God bless you!
