Hi friends and TGIF! Today I have a fun and cute card to share with you. Today I'm sharing with you a little sneak peek into the types of cards that we will be doing during my Spring Fling 2015 Online Card Class. This class starts on March 23 and is completely free of charge to you. I wanted to give you a taste of what my online card classes are like and I know that you will enjoy this class! There are sponsors, guest designers and prizes galore!

I'm sponsoring the CASology Week 136: Basket, Challenge. I've been sponsoring this challenge since it started a few years ago and it's a great challenge! Head on over to check out the prize and play along with us!

As the name of the challenge states, it's a clean and simple challenge, specifically the art of it. Every week, you are given a cue and this week it's "basket." You then have to use a basket in your card, a perception of a basket, etc. I just kept it clean this week and went along with an Easter basket. I used this adorable new stamp set from Lawn Fawn from their latest release. I love that Lawn Fawn has framelits with every single image in their stamp sets. No fussy cutting at all. With my basket image, you can see how intricate it is and the framelit even cut a portion of dead space between the eggs and the bow on the top of the basket.

Some may get confused over the difference between a die-cut and a framelit. I personally prefer framelits. You stamp your image first, color it in or whatever you plan on doing with it, and then place the frame over the image for a perfect cut every single time. It frames the image.

With a die-cut, you cut the paper first as the die-cut is a solid image and then you stamp your image onto the die-cut and work from there. There are cheater ways to get a perfect cut using a die-cut.

I really like the way my little card turned out and hope that you do too. Thank you so very much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless you. Have a fabulous weekend!

Here are the Copic marker colors that I used.
