June Summer Camp and Beautiful You

Hey stampers. I've been trying to get the last 3 posts of my June Summer Camp to go up for weeks now. I am going to have to redo everything. Thank you for your patience, as always. I've been considering leaving WordPress but after the special graphics made for WordPress and 14,333 blog posts…..they need to get their act together.

In the meantime, I did make a card, which is rare anymore, unfortunately, using A Sketch For You To Try #14 (SFYTT14) that Reverse Confetti hosts. I also used a Reverse Confetti stamp set and Confetti Cuts of Fabulous Flamingo. Again, unfortunately, I am an hour late entering the challenge but will beg Jen to add my card.

When I love how something turns out, usually others don't like it. I love this card. I love the colors, the combination I chose, my embellishments, all of it. I used about 5 paper pads, with one being a Christmas-themed paper pad, and just die-cut, stamped and embellished away. We had a great sketch too. It's like when I get cards accepted to be published and at the bottom of the email, I'm thinking seriously? I hate that card and you picked those cards over the rest of the super awesome ones that I made? But there's a ton of reasoning behind it; the card, albeit cool, did fit the edition the magazine was looking for, it didn't flow, etc. But I still love this card.

I will keep working on finishing out the June Summer Camp and up next is my Christmas in July series that will really be in August. I will start showing you some sneak peeks from that series next week with 2 brand new Stampin' Up! sets that are being released to demonstrators early that I really like. I keep saying this but my exclusive newsletter to subscribers and cards with tips and tricks and prizes will be available by the end of the week. To subscribe to my newsletter, just look on my sidebar. It's really easy. I'm also extending the prizes and challenges for my June Summer Camp series until the end of the month since I've totally dropped the ball on you.

Thank you so very much for stopping by to see me today and God bless you. With the move, a partial root canal being done, not a single box unpacked, the divorce, I am going to respect my limits and take my raft to tan and sleep in the pool. I'm respecting my limits and I'm way overdue.

If you like this card, you can purchase it in the Cindy B Designs Boutique. I started my little boutique to save up and buy my youngest daughter and last child her college computer, that's sneaking up fast. For all of my kids' high school graduation, I've always bought them a computer for college and really want to do the same for her too. I don't want her feeling left out or that I don't love her enough as life circumstances have changed. Nothing could be further from the truth. I just really want to be able to give her and do for her what I've done for the other kids. All of my kids have my heart, but Bailey, she's her mother's daughter and a firecracker. I see a lot of myself in my oldest daughter too. Just in different ways because they are both unique and individual.

As always, I hope you enjoy my card and keep me in your prayers. Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless.
