Trick or Treat!

Hi friends.

I filmed my first video for Organize It! today and realized that I have up to 4 of the same product (like Farm Girl stamp set) at the worst of October Afternoon and many other OA products. I've decided that Day One's prize will be all of my unopened and unused OA products from current lines with a huge variety totalling about $200 in merchandise for you. Sign up for your chance to win. Check back with me tomorrow for Day Two's squee prize! A little hint – TIM HOLTZ!

I decided to make this cute card yesterday. It was one of those on again and off again work on cards. I've been wanting to play with the Primitive Pumpkins stamp set by Lisa Johnson Designs for My Favorite Things. I have all of My Favorite Things stuff in Chico and have decided not to haul it back and forth anymore. Can you imagine hauling around an entire stamp line, complete with paper and felt, with ink pads and refills, dies and stamps?! I did a few times and it was a real pain. I think next up will be my Stampin' Up! stuff, although that's a bit risky since I use their stuff a lot, so maybe I'll just divide everything up, but I will definitely be bringing up the Holiday Catalog stuff. I think that willl work. I do haul basic Nestabilities up here but since they are stored in a folder, it works out.

I took the adorable stars and lines stamp and made my own background using various Stampin' Up! inks in lighter colors as I wanted my focal point to be a true focal point and not blend in. This stamp set has the cutest images in it and I also made a very sweet envelope to match too.

Photobucket Cut your card to A2 size. Mine is a notecard measuring 5 x 3-1/2.

Photobucket Cutting your card to an A2 size will allow you to use all 3 pumpkins as a focal image.

Photobucket Instead of using multiple colors for my background, try using a light monochromatic design.
