10-Minute Creation With Flourishes and Videos

10minutecreations-Graphic

Hi friends. Flourishes has graciously invited me to host their 10-Minute Creation series today. I will be showing you a way to "ink distress" or faux ink distressing without using any ink at all. To bluntly put it, we're going to be burning our card stock. The effect is leaves is amazing and you have total control over what you're doing and how you want the end result to look. In the video, I did state that it's time consuming, but that's my mistake. Once my heat tool was warmed up, it went by very fast of less than 1-1/2 minutes.

I hope that you enjoy the videos I've made for you. One is the technique itself and the other is my finished card and how I made it. Be sure to join us today for this challenge and I'd love to see what you create! My finished card utilizes so many Flourishes products that are in the store right now and the new Color Made Easy made it all a snap.

Thank you Flourishes for allowing me this opportunity and I hope to see you all back soon. God bless you and have a great day!

Photobucket Make sure that you use a heat tool that blows out pure heat rather than air and let the tool warm up first.

Photobucket Protect your fingers by using the types of tweezers or even a clothespin I demonstrated to you in the video because you will get burned.

Photobucket Try this technique with various Flourishes stamps! You can even do an entire monochromatic image.
