A Non-Traditional Valentine’s Day Card For You & Video Plus More Great News

CardClassesSignUp

Hi friends! I'm a day behind. Ack! I had meant to post this yesterday but I don't know where the time went! I have a super cool non-traditional Valentine's Day card for you. I love it because there is no pink or red! Yes, it can be done. This is usually my Faith on Friday day so I'm going to combine that with my Cindy Coutts Designs Challenge tomorrow, which is the first Saturday of every month, to get back on schedule again.

I also made this card for a few different challenges; one of them being Avery Elle's first challenge to make something representative of your own style, and the Splitcoast Stampers Ways to Use It Challenge 408 (WT408), which was to make something with new toys and my Avery Elle stamps are new toys. This is another stamp company that I recently discovered and really like their style of art.

You will also want to head on over to the CAS-ology #25 Blog as I am sponsoring their challenge this week with 2 great prizes of 5 ink pads and a Season of Love spot. Their challenge is something new and I'm also entering this card into their challenge as well.

Please excuse my blog construction. I have everything done but just have to put it up. I'm also still working diligently on the Cindy Coutts Designs Card Classes website too! This should be completely live later today. Building a site from scratch is not for sissies, that's for sure!

I would like to continue to thank all of you who have signed up for my Season of Love card class. I still haven't gone into PayPal and changed the price to $24.95 due to time and just being lazy, so you still have the opportunity to sign up at the lower price. What are you waiting for!? I do want to let you know that I've been able to secure prizes from many different vendors but even better, discounts from your favorite shopping places. With each purchase you will receive 10% off of any purchase, not just the items we use in class either. I will give you a little secret – one of them is Paper Smooches! I adore Kim and have known her for many years. She's one of the sweetest and most talented and gifted women in the industry. The rest are a surprise but I promise that you will not be disappointed and when you take a look at the vendor list, you're going to be thinking WOW! My guest designer cards are coming in and they are awesome. Each designer has their own distinct style that range from vintage to whimsy. There is definitely something for everybody.

Now I would like to share my card and video with you. I am doing full card videos now in that we will be completing an entire card with the outside, inside and envelope. I hope that you like this little special touch. As I was uploading this video to You Tube, a popup box asked me that they detected some motion on the video and if I wanted You Tube to straighten it out for me so I though sure, okay. Well, I hope you don't get seasick looking at this because there are some wobbly spots so I won't be doing that again. I looked at my original video and it's fine. I will eventually swap them out but that goes to the bottom of the To Do list that's a few miles long. Don't forget that you can pick up a lot of the product that I used for my card at 7 Kids College Fund. Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless you. I will see you back tomorrow for the Faith on Friday series and Cindy Coutts Designs Challenge. Make it a great day!
