FTL199 Homegrown

Hi friends. Today Natasha at the Clean and Simple Stamping Blog, Fall to Layout (FTL199), has another perfect sketch for us. I decided to make my card a different size outside of the usual A2 and use a retired Stampin' Up! set of Homegrown. You can still purchase this set to use with My Digital Studio.

I have a lot of white space on my card but really made my images stand out. I colored directly onto the stamps using Stampin' Write Markers using various colors blending for a more realistic look .I did a little dimensional work with my sentiment using the Large Oval Punch and Scallop Oval Punch, and then added two button brass brads from Vintage Trinkets. I used the Scallop Edge Border Punch at the bottom of my card for a little something extra.

As you can see, I punched out a mat with Crumb Cake card stock for my sentiment, stamped my sentiment onto Whisper White card stock and punched that out, and then stamped the sentiment again fussy cutting the "Homegrown." We all know how I love my dimension. You can order all of the products listed below at my Stampin' Up! Store.

I hope that you like this card and thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today. I hope that this provides you with some fun inspiration. God bless you and I will be posting periodically throughout the Stampin' Up! 2012 Convention! I'm flying out tomorrow and am really looking forward to this. I'll have a lot of fun things to share with you so check back daily.
