Good morning. Today is Cardabilities Sketch 10 and it's a fun one, as they all are! I made this very bright and cheerful card for my son and daughter-in-law, who it doesn't look like that I'm going to be able to see until Christmas and that breaks my heart, because that will be over a year since I've seen them. It's just always so crazy busy. Both of our schedules are hard to coordinate, but we have to make and take the time to see each other.

I hope that this inspires you in some way and don't forget to check out what the rest of the awesome design team created for this challenge as well! Please join us today. We'd love to have you play along! God bless you and have a fabulous day! Thank you for stopping by to see me.

Today is Cardabilities Sketch 9. This one was definitely a challenge for me and I had to think about how I was going to pull this off for a good part of the morning, so it was one of those all day long cards. We had a very unique sketch to work with, the kind that makes you think, and the kind that is a true challenge in every sense of the word. It takes you out of the box and creating. All in all, it turned out to be a lot of fun. When I had it completed, I'm looking at it with that, "something's missing," feel, so I decided to bling up the cherries, but I hate working with glitter because it's so messy! Easy way around that I found by mixing up some Stampin' Up! Crystal Effects with the glitter and I dabbed it on my cherries. If you paint it on in strokes, it leaves brush marks. I sat here diligently dabbing for a while until I was happy with the outcome. I let it sit overnight to completely try and then took my pictures in the morning. This is definitely a great way to spice up your chipboard! Here's your sketch and my card with the recipe is underneath. Make sure you stop by the Cardabilities Blog to see what the other design team members created and leave them some love.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope that you have a very blessed day. Today's Treasure and Quiz! What's a Proverbs 31 woman do? She makes a Home Sweet Home!

Good morning and I hope that you're ready to play along with us at the Cardabilities Challenge Blog. Today is sketch #8 and this was a challenge for me. I had a very small area of working space and I think I managed to make it workl. I really love how this card turned out. I think it's very whimsical and fun. This is for my daughter's 17th birthday. Would you believe that I used 16 different Copic markers?! I also used one of my new stamp sets by There She Goes Stamps and my fabulous Echo Park Sweet Summertime Collection Kit came from Paper Maniac. Here is our sketch challenge to you and by card is under it. The supplies I used are listed under my photographs. Let's see what you can do with this sketch challenge. Thank you for stopping by today and God bless!

PS: After I took the pictures and uploaded, I knew all along that there was something missing from the letter stickers because they just didn't look right. I tried various types of embellishments only to have them look really bad and not fit. I finally ended up using a Signo white gel pen and put small dots in the B where the spaces would usually go, and did the same with the D and A. That's exactly what the card needed!

Stamps: Aim For The Clouds by There She Goes
Card Stock: Stampin' Up! Poppy Parade, Pear Pizzza (textured), Papertrey Ink Stamper's Select White
Designer Paper: Echo Park Sweet Summertime
